At least one LSU team managed to beat a highly ranked Florida team last weekend. Nice job ladies.

Men's and Women's basketball media days were yesterday. Videos and reaction to come tomorrow.

Not a great week to be a tiger, but especially if you're on the offense, which has been called "woefully inadequate" "offensive" "abysmal" "terrible". Even the student body was disappointed. Many streaks died that night, and I don't have the heart to type them out.

Justin The Blogger Goar, probably still tipsy from an epic Around the World tailgate, claims to have found a time machine in his garage and brings us disturbing visions of the past and future.

Hope you didn't buy fakes, LSUPD picked up four scalpers and are looking for more.

Baseball had their first practice last weekend, and Schwehm at the Rev has a great write up.

Things aren't all bad for LSU, they collected more than $5 Million in licencing contracts last year. Looks like some of that will be used to fix the extremely bad cell service on campus.

If you must relive the game, might as well watch it in Tigervision...

It will be a long, dark, slow bye week. Best to dwell on the positives before the loathing and self-pity that comes with having an offense that DOES NOT FUNCTION.

Mr. Spencer Hall of The Internet (goober on the right) and his big ten buddy (Michigan wife-beater on the left) swung by our tailgate on his second "anthropological" visit to the tailgating scene of Florida at LSU. He has shared many words on the subject (note the cameo by JJ and his cane). Even gave us a nice promo link that is probably the cause of our %300 jump in traffic over last week. Welcome ya'll.

However, a correction should be mentioned. Though the quote is mine, the Jambalaya is the expert cooking of Big Wee. Credit where it is due to the best food of the weekend.

The fireworks from last years Ole Miss game returned to pregame festivities and, since it was night instead of 2:30pm, were kick ass.

The live call-in show returns tonight at 8pm cst or thereabouts. There will be the usual set of links to the local beat writers and bloggers tomorrow. For one more day, I just want to remember the best tailgate ever.
